Why dont they own a back wiper on saloon cars? it is so foolish and makes no faculty at all!?
Answer:
MRSC's right, it's not the rain falling, it's the cr*p sucked up from the road which back wipers association with. Something to do with aerodynamics, with a saloon it doesn't get as distant as the back window but splatters the boot instead. I conceive that makers don't incorporate anything they don't own to that isn't an charming selling point, they only do it with hatchbacks ever since they own to.
Having said that, I to a certain extent accept with you, it would make faculty to own a wiper anyway, tho' I think the difficulty is the motor & mechanism would rod down into the boot preferably of being incorporated in the hatch.
If I ever had a saloon, I'd be investigating fit one, I consider it could be done on greatest with no enormous problem.
I'm attractive sure I've seen one, but cannot recall what it was on.
I understand only what you signify ! All cars should own back windscreen wipers
i own frequently wondered that and the only assurance i can come to is that the boot lid stops the splash from reaching the back window. im sure it has non-existence to do with the rain actually falling on it.
Thank you! Finally someone who agrees with me, I've been saying it for years only to own persons say; "oh, they don't ever since they never have, that's why"
It's such a pain, I signify saloon cars need a wiper as much as every other car right?
MAdness, perfect madness.
Good question though, never thought to ask it myself!
It comes as an additional when a car is sold new.
The only cause I can believe of is that the glass is so small that it would take two or three wipers to properly clean them. which is not practical.
Also, as someone else pointed out, there is a heap smaller clay buildup. Those wipers' main aim is to take off the clay that flies up onto the back glass of vehicles such as minivans and base wagons, which own a vortex of spinning air after them.
Very very rare, the only saloon that I understand of that had a back wiper offered as an unforced additional was the saloon translation of the the Ford Escort which they title the Orion but only near on the Ghia variant.
They don't need wipers.
Back wipers are rarely used.
They are as a rule used on upright back windows like on SUV's and hatchbacks.
