check your alcohol if not that take it back should be beneath waranty

It possibly only needs adjusting, take it back to the dealer as it is beneath warranty and they will do the repairs for free

Inspect your catch fluid. If the incorrect oil sort was used or if the oil looks dark, you may need to colour it out and put in new honda-recommended catch fluid.

Make sure there's no air pockets trapped amongst the host and servant catch cylinder.
